Can a Working Document be edited after submission?

Yes. As long as you’ve sent a copy of the Working Document to the Tribunal 10 working days before your hearing date. The Tribunal’s objective is to try to support both of you to minimise disputes, so if you can work on those disputes right up until the day then that is encouraged - just make sure you (or the LA) take with you an updated copy of the Working Document on the day.
